Shipping policy

Free Shipping is awarded with you spend $50 or more. If you purchase under the $50 threshold, a shipping charge will apply. Please note that Free Shipping is a Perk for spending $50+ in a single order. If you place multiple orders, each order placed falls under these shipping rates regardless if your previous order has shipped yet or not. We will not reimburse shipping for any reason and ship all orders exactly as they are submitted. 

Ground Advantage via USPS is the default shipping method which does not come with a guaranteed delivery date. USPS often has delays and more missing packages during the Holidays. If you would like to ensure a prompt delivery speed or have your package insured against lost or damage, please upgrade at checkout.

ABC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact USPS directly regarding lost or damaged packages.

Please note, it is your responsibility to provide the correct address at checkout. We will only ship to the address provided at the point of sale. If a package comes back to us as "Return to Sender" due to an incorrect address entered, you will be invoiced for the cost of shipping to re-ship the package to the correct address. If a package is delivered to the address provided at checkout and that's no longer the desired delivery location, it is the buyer's responsibility to retrieve that package.

We are happy to ship internationally, however, please note that you are paying for shipping services only at checkout. As a buyer, it is up to you to be aware of any Customs/Duties fees that will be due on your end to receive your shipment. We do not pre-pay Customs/Duties fees - they are not included in the shipping total. If you do not pay the required Import Costs, you will only receive a refund if and when the package is returned to us. Please note that some countries will not return to sender. When/if we receive the package back you will be refunded less the original shipping fee as that is not reimbursed to us for failed delivery.
